(The Villages, FL) On Friday, February 19 The Villages® Regional Hospital (TVRH) will host its annual graduation celebration for past Cardiac Rehabilitation participants. You’re invited to attend!
“Our goal is to bring together our cardiac rehabilitation patients to share their stories and experiences,” says Jamie Albritton, RN, Cardiac Rehab Supervisor at TVRH. “It’s always encouraging to speak with others who have experienced the same things you have and to hear what past patients couldn’t wait to get back to doing after completing the rehab program.”
Cardiac Rehabilitation at The Villages® Regional Hospital is a customized program of exercise and education. Your doctor may recommend the program to help you return to better health after a heart attack, open heart surgery, or if you have certain other heart conditions. The goal is to help patients regain strength, improve cardiac function, prevent the condition from worsening, and identifying other risk factors for future heart problems. All of this can add up to a better quality of life.
The graduation party will take place from 2 to 4 pm in the Sharon Morse Building Suite 520 on February 19. If you participated in Cardiac Rehabilitation at TVRH anytime during the past year and would like to attend, please RSVP by calling (352) 751-8555.
